1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Your Service Book ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Your Service Book is a vehicle maintenance tracking platform that helps you manage service schedules, track maintenance history, monitor recalls, and maintain records for your personal vehicles.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- One person per account. Accounts are non-transferable.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
- All new subscriptions include a 1-month free trial period.
- After the trial period, your payment method will be automatically charged the applicable monthly fee.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Billing page or Stripe Customer Portal.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
5. Vehicle Limits & Fair Use
- Standard plan: 1 vehicle included, additional vehicles available as add-ons.
- Pro plan: 3 vehicles included, additional vehicles available as add-ons.
- Ultimate plan: Up to 10 vehicles.
- You may add up to 3 new vehicles per 30-day period.
- The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use (dealerships, fleet management, resale) requires a Business plan.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Submit false or misleading vehicle information.
- Attempt to circumvent vehicle limits or subscription restrictions.
- Use the Service for commercial fleet management without a Business plan.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Share your account credentials with others.
7. Data Accuracy
- Maintenance schedules are based on general manufacturer recommendations and may not reflect your specific vehicle's needs.
- Recall data is sourced from NHTSA public databases and is provided as-is.
- Always consult your vehicle's owner's manual and a qualified mechanic for specific maintenance advice.
- We are not responsible for any damage resulting from reliance on information provided by the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, logos, and content, is owned by Sector Three LLC. Your vehicle data remains yours — you may export or delete it at any time.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination:
- Your subscription will be cancelled.
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days.
- Any remaining trial or paid period will not be refunded.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sector Three LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johnson County, Kansas.
